We had a very nice time in this budget hotel in Madrid. The room with a balcony. This property was set in a very central area so close to metro station. It also was in the centre of Madrid.

We liked having a balcony in the room and the central location close to the city center, metro, Atocha station, and Puerta del Sol.

the owner was very nice and helpful. the room I was given had a balcony, which was perfect for me as a smoker. It was clean and cozy, and the bathroom down the hall was always available when I needed it. the location was fantastic, just a few meters from the metro station. There were supermarkets nearby, including a Lidl and a local one right across from the entrance of the hostel. the WiFi connectivity was excellent, allowing me to watch movies online without any problems. When I left, I could easily walk to Atocha station in just 20 minutes. Cons: Everything was great! 👍.

The setting is excellent, close to the city center, Plaza Mayor, and the three main Madrid art galleries. the rooms are spotlessly clean and fairly quiet with a balcony so guests have essentials. the staff are affable and helpful.

Stayed at Hostal Graciela, an excellent value for money in the heart of the city. the location is extremely close to the Metro station, making it convenient to explore. the staff were highly attentive and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the room I stayed in, a double with shared bathroom, was a pleasant surprise as it had its own shower and sink. the shared toilets were always clean and available during my three-night stay. the comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi added to the overall positive experience.

I traveled to Madrid for a quick stopover and stayed at a lovely hostel near Puerta de Atocha. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions like the Royal Palace and Retiro Park. The hostel was incredibly clean, and my double room, although small, was comfortable and even had a small balcony. I was pleasantly surprised to find a shower and wash basin in the room, making it very convenient. The staff were friendly and the price was affordable.
I do recommend this hotel.

The lovely front desk staff spent more time chatting with me than helping with tourist information. Atocha Train Station was indeed a short walk away, just like my sore feet!
Who needs sleep anyway? The non-stop noise from other guests and the owner's late-night entertainment made sure I was wide awake all night.

As a family, we loved the clean and well-maintained rooms with private showers and sinks. The shared toilets were always available and kept spotlessly clean. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
Felt very cared for, nothing was too much trouble.

Great location! Close to the city center and public transportation. the hostel provided towels and cleaned the rooms daily. the rooms were small but comfortable, and I appreciated having a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.
The noise level was a bit high, especially during late evenings. the doors were not soundproof and I could hear sounds from the hallway and even the bell ringing.

Great value for money, the room wasnice and neat with a small balcony. The location was ideal, walking distance from major attractions. The staff, especially Ms Graciela, were friendly and made me feel at home.
One thing that could make the menu for breakfast better would be a wider variety of options.
